How long will my boots take to arrive?

Please allow 3 to 6 weeks from the date of your order through to arrival. Every pair is handcrafted to order, so good things take time. We will keep you updated and be completely transparent throughout the entire process — if anything changes, you will hear from us directly. Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept cancellations. Orders are placed with our makers every two weeks, which means production begins very quickly after you order. Please make sure you are happy with your size and selection before checking out — our size guide is there to help.

What size should I order?

Mariflor boots are sized in EU and are made true to size — simply order your normal size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Our snip toe styles have a narrow toe box, so if you have wider feet or prefer a little extra room, consider sizing up by half a size. View our full size guide here.

Will my boots feel tight at first?

Leather boots can feel snug when you first wear them — this is completely normal. Genuine leather will naturally mould to the shape of your foot and leg over time, becoming more comfortable with every wear. Trust the process — they will be yours in every sense.

How do I care for my leather boots?

We recommend using a quality leather oil or conditioner to keep your boots supple and protected. Avoid prolonged exposure to water and always allow your boots to dry naturally if they do get wet. Leather care products may be introduced to the Mariflor store in the future — watch this space.

Can I return my boots?

Because every pair is made to order especially for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your boots arrive with a manufacturing fault or damage, please contact us within 7 days at hello@mariflorthelabel.com with your order details and photos and we will make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Free shipping is available for all orders over $450 AUD within Australia and New Zealand. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Do you make kids boots?

Yes! Mini Mariflor boots are available in EU sizes 30 to 34. Kids boots will be available to order from approximately one week after our launch date — keep an eye on the site and follow us at @mariflorthelabel to be the first to know.
