Shipping & Returns.

Pre-Order & Production Times

All Mariflor boots are made to order. Each pair is handcrafted with care, which means your boots are not held in stock — they are made specifically for you once your order is placed.

Please allow 3 to 6 weeks from the date of your order through to arrival. We will keep you updated and be completely transparent throughout — if anything changes, you will hear from us directly.

Shipping

Australia & New Zealand: Free shipping on all orders over $450 AUD. Orders under $450 will incur a flat rate shipping fee at checkout.

International: We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every pair of Mariflor boots is made to order especially for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

If your boots arrive with a manufacturing fault or damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@mariflorthelabel.com with photos and your order details. We will work with you to make it right.

We recommend reviewing our size guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.

Store Credit

In the case of an eligible return, Mariflor offers store credit only. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future order.
