PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING
We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:
Standard: 3–7 business days
Express: 1–3 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout depending on your location.

Please note international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery.

DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. MARIFLOR THE LABEL is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

INCORRECT DETAILS
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@mariflorthelabel.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.

SIGNATURES & SAFE DELIVERY
Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available, the parcel may be redirected or left in a safe place at the carrier’s discretion.
